1. Corporate History – ChexCard® Corporation is the expansion of a credit card acquiring company originally founded in 1990 that has remained in continuous operation. ChexCard® has become a leader in marketing numerous solutions for clients in various Stored-Value card applications. The combined 100+ years of professional experience of ChexCard® management and associates is unparalleled in this field. Though ChexCard® has been a closely held company, to date ChexCard® has issued in excess of 700,000 cards World Wide. In addition, ChexCard® has recently entered into an agreement with an International Company that transfers in excess of $1.2 billion per year. ChexCard® is also in negotiations to provide Stored Value card systems for numerous government programs in more than a dozen foreign countries. ChexCard® maintains offices in the United States, Latin America and Europe. Since 2001, ChexCard® has seen the completion of its product planning and development to launch a powerful suite of related and integrated electronic banking products including:
O A stored value Visa card with virtual bank account for issuance to residents and or employers of foreign countries

2 Established Reputation – ChexCard® Corporation has long standing experience in marketing credit card services. Our reputation with banks, the credit card associations and processors is based on their long-term association with ChexCard® and the founding principals. Compared to other companies in our business, we have a much longer track record especially in the launching of new electronic funds transfer products and services.
3 Marketing Alliances – Our marketing alliances are with industry leaders in their fields who already have built-in customer bases into which they are selling our products. We can achieve fast, high levels of sales without deploying our own field sales force.
4 Pioneer in “Stored Value Cards” – Competing products are known as “prepaid ATM debit cards” because they are limited to PIN-based cash withdrawals and purchases at the limited number retailers who accept ATM debit cards. Many of ChexCard®’s programs are “stored value cards” with high consumer utility with purchasing power like that of a credit card.
5 U.S. Sponsoring Banks – We have signed a number of U.S. banks to sponsor our various domestic card programs and to provide depository functions.
O Security Bank located in Lubbock, Texas provides the platform for retail card loading on many of our various card programs.
O Innovative Bank located in Oakland, California provides depository accounts for many of our payroll card programs.
6 Off Shore Banks – We have signed a number if off shore banks to sponsor our various international card programs and to provide deposit accounts for various international card programs.

Domestic Market Segment Analysis
Conservative estimates by PWC and others indicate a total market over 80 million. This does not include “banked” employees and others who participate in ChexCard® as an alternative to an expensive credit card or as a supplement to their regular bank account.
1 Ethnic Marketing – ChexCard® is working with groups supporting African-American and Hispanic causes who are committed to empowering these groups which are at least 50% unbanked.
2 Large Employers – Ford Motors in Detroit alone has over 42,000 unbanked employees. Employers of all sizes can save substantially by using ChexCard®.
3 Teens – An alliance with a leading career education network will distribute 2.5 million cards in 2007 and projected to distribute 5 million more in 2008.
4 Students & Military – Our marketing programs for these groups use campus bookstores and the PX as a distribution point.
5 Religious – We are working with faith-based groups who believe that debit is a sin. ChexCard® reduces consumer debt while retaining credit card purchasing convenience.
6 Retail – ChexCard® is currently working on retail card programs and will launch late 2007.
